Important Information for Your Order
Each ring is crafted especially for you, with an estimated production time of 3-4 weeks. Please note that we cannot accept urgent orders. As this is a custom piece, all sales are final and it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We kindly ask that you confirm your ring size at the time of ordering, as resizing is limited to a maximum of ±1.5 US sizes and incurs a HK$200 fee.
The default setting uses lab-grown diamonds for the side stones. For inquiries about natural diamonds, alternative gemstones, or an 18k gold upgrade, we invite you to contact us for a custom quote.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

What if I haven't received my parcel or if it's lost in transit?
We ship local and overseas orders with a mail tracking service.
If your parcel has not arrived, or it is damaged or lost in transit, we recommend checking the delivery status with the local post office or logistics company. Please note that all postage risks are the responsibility of the customer.
If any parcel is returned due to incorrect information, additional fees may apply for re-posting. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate when ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
Are you responsible for duties & taxes?
All duties & taxes shall be borne by you.
What if I refuse to pay the tax?
Your parcel will be held in customs for 3 weeks or up to a month before returning to us. You will be charged an additional shipping fee if we resend the parcel. In a worst-case scenario, your parcel will be confiscated by your local customs.
Can you declare my order as a gift or lower the declared value?
We are unable to declare orders as gifts or lower their declared values. We have to comply with import and export regulations and laws. Undervaluation of goods is taken very seriously by the authorities and can result in a fine or your goods being seized.
